The campaign to renovate St. Joseph Church

Interior plan

Interior Plan DetailWith a stunning new north facade and a spacious new interior entrance, St. Joseph Church will be more welcoming and beautiful than ever. The current footprint of the Church will remain and be expanded on the north side.

Notable renovations include:

A new narthex/expanded vestibule.
This spacious narthex, or gathering space, will accommodate over- flow seating at Christmas and Easter, with the ability to see Mass on video boards. Comfortable new seating areas will encourage fellowship before and after Masses. See more images of the narthex addition.

New bride’s room and dressing rooms.
Brides and their bridesmaids will have a lovely space to prepare for the sacrament of Holy Matrimony, with private changing areas and mirrors. During regular Masses, this area converts to a cry room.

New, accessible restrooms.
Men’s and women’s restrooms will be added in the narthex so parishioners don’t have to pass through the cry room to use the restroom.

Relocated gift shop.
A comfortable space for our popular gift shop will be integrated into the narthex. Highly visible from the narthex lobby area, the gift shop moves to the west side of the narthex.

Abundant natural light.
Dark spaces, such as the current vestibule, will be renovated with large windows providing generous light which flows through to the sanctuary.
